On the ground floor of the villa, you can find a modern living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area with 8 seats. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and storage. On the upper floor of the villa you can find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with showers, one of which has an additional bath. A wardrobe is also available, as are 2 Balconies on the first floor of the villa from where a beautiful view of the Velebit mountain range and natural beauty stretches. In the courtyard of the villa you can find a beautiful 50 m2 swimming pool surrounded by 8 Sun loungers and privacy is ensured by a wall that completely encloses the villa. 3 parking spaces are available for our guests as well as many extras such as an outdoor charcoal grill, play station 4, table tennis, basket and two movable football goals.
