Situated right on the shores of Lake Tiefwaren, in a quiet location, the owners’ separate holiday flat is on the ground floor of a residential building set within the approximately 500 square metre, fully fenced residential plot. A natural swimming spot is just a few metres away; access to the lake is only interrupted by a cycle and walking path. There is also another holiday flat in the house. The non-smoking flat, measuring approx. 40 square metres, was renovated in 2021 and has central heating. It comprises a living room (sofa bed, dining table, Smart TV with Netflix, additional LAN connection) and a bedroom (double bed), a small kitchen area (induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, convection oven, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, toilet). There is also a furnished terrace with a lake view, sun loungers, a barbecue, a secure parking space on the property and free Wi-Fi. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or hire them. To be paid on site: visitor’s tax.

Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, the adjacent promenade and numerous restaurants and cafés, as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre featuring a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the Lake District. The town also boasts outdoor swimming pools, boat and cycle hire, a surfing and sailing school, and plenty of shopping opportunities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be explored superbly via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service).
