Despite having immediate neighbours, the house has a private terrace area with views on all sides. It has everything you could wish for in a comfortable holiday home. This includes a very attractive 42 m² pool with an open-air shower and a particularly comfortable outdoor bathroom, a sun terrace with sun loungers and plenty of shade when you need it, as well as a pretty little outdoor kitchen with a barbecue. But all this would be nothing if it weren't for the covered terrace next to the house, where you can round off the barbecue evening with everyone and enjoy the balmy night air. After a restful night's sleep, it's a great place to meet everyone for a café con leche and a delicious ensaïmada, which you should definitely try: a pastry covered in icing sugar that can also be filled with pumpkin jam or custard. This traditional Mallorcan speciality is the perfect start to a holiday morning.

Overall, the villa's cheerful colour palette really adds to the relaxed, down-to-earth ambience of the house; each of the five bedrooms, whether furnished with a double bed or twin beds, has its own soft colour scheme, creating a calm, soothing atmosphere. In addition to the outdoor bathroom, there are three chic bathrooms with walk-in showers and timelessly beautiful tile patterns. As the living space is spread over two floors - the upper floor even has a sun-drenched balcony with a small lounge set - every guest has their own personal favourite spot inside or outside, which they can visit at any time to lose themselves in a good book.
