Surrounded by a birch forest and blueberry bushes, this cosy holiday home is just 10 metres from Lake Södra Färgen. You have a wonderful panoramic view from the property. You can catch trout, perch and zander in the lake. Of course you can also swim here. A motor for the boat can be hired. In the house there are 2 bedrooms and a cosy living room with simple furnishings and low ceilings for 2 people. There is a wood-burning stove in the living room for cosy get-togethers. The neighbouring house can also be rented out, so there is nothing to stop you enjoying a holiday with friends. You are in a lake area consisting of the Södra, Mella and Stora Färgen lakes, covering 1200 hectares. The lakes can be navigated by boat. The surrounding area is rich in lakes, with Bolmen and Unnen conveniently close by. The Wild West town of High Chaparral is 60 kilometres away. If there is snow, the car park is 200 metres away. Access to shared extra fridge and freezer unit.
A personal story from the holiday home:
My grandmother tells a story about the cottage: 'My grandfather was killed in a work accident in the woods. When my parents got married in 1954, my grandfather's good friend made it possible for them to buy a plot of land here. So they were able to build a house. He made this possible because of the good friendship that existed between him and my grandfather. In 2010, I bought the field so that the beautiful forest landscape could be preserved.
