Taste local specialities in the various restaurants of Maussane: tapenade, olives, AOC olive oil from the Vallée des Baux (two mills are still in operation), honey, jam, lamb from the Alpilles, goat's cheese, wine. It is important to note that the accommodation is located on the main road that crosses the village of Maussane and that air conditioning is only available in the bedrooms.
