Bright apartment in a sail-shaped apartment building, on the beach of Marotta, an old fishing harbour where fresh fish is sold in the morning. About 10 metres from a pebble beach. From the panoramic terrace, the view extends over a long stretch of coast as far as Senigallia. At the back, about 20 m away, runs a railway line. Restaurant with pool, snack bar with seafood specialities, bar and pizzeria approx. 20 m away. The village of Marotta boasts the "Blue Flag", which stands for clean water. Distances: Senigallia 1.5 km; Fano 10 km; Riccione, an important centre of the Riviera, 55 km.
