Description

This is a great vacation home with a huge garden, located only 500 m from the sandy beach in Krautsand.

This two-story semi-detached house offers you plenty of space for card games, communal meals, as well as individual retreats to get some peace and quiet. You can enjoy this haven of peace a bit more when you step out onto the terrace and look out over the large green area, where you are also free to help yourself to fruit. Children can let off steam on the large lawn.

The Elbe is a popular, challenging sailing area and most tours start from Hamburg, but you can join them in Stade. Here you can also find some cycling routes, among others Elberadweg, Elbinselroute, Obstrouten and other themed tours towards Altes Land, Niedersächsische Milchstraße. It is also possible within a 6 km radius to try your luck at fishing, for example Kotterbachsee, Wischafener Süderelbe, Burfeindteich, Ruthenstrom Krautsand. There are 13 different routes for mountain biking in the immediate vicinity. Also on the other side of the Elbe, to which you can get very quickly and beautifully by ferry.

Many people on Krautsand live so, because the island was diked only in the late 70s and until then was characterized by many floods.
