South of the Drôme Provençale, in the west wing of an old cloister, very nice luxury apartment with a charming terrace sheltered from the wind, overlooking the rooftops of the village of Montélimar , equipped with a real plancha and extended by a superb glass roof and a large balcony. Located on the 3rd floor, offering a panorama on the Monts de l 'Ardèche, the property benefits from private parking and direct access by elevator. Located in the Rhone Valley, known for its famous wine route AOC, which goes down to Mont Ventoux, you will be only 4 km from the Golf de la Valdaine. Nearby, the Ardèche offers its spectacular caves and gorges, the enclave of the popes, its olive groves, the land of Dieulefit its potters, the forest of Saou its climbing site and its hiking routes, and the country of Grignan its castle (splendid place of festivals and exhibitions) and its truffles. Punctuated by charming hilltop villages such as Mirmande, Poët laval, Marsanne, La Garde Adhemar, famous for its markets and terroir, Drôme Provençale is home to bistros, inns and gourmet restaurants. Around, remarkable sites such as Alba la Romaine, village classified all volcanic stones, or Rochemaure, worth a visit with a magnificent view of the Vercors and the Monts de Vaucluse.
