These beautiful thatched holiday homes are situated on the sunny island of Usedom, in the idyllic fishing village of Zirchow. The holiday village on the Szczecin Lagoon offers the perfect accommodation for the whole family, whatever your taste – a cosy atmosphere is guaranteed in these exclusive thatched-roof houses.
Situated on the edge of the forest, the semi-detached house known as ‘Kiek in’ Wald’ spans two storeys. Thanks to its modern, high-quality fittings, you’ll feel right at home here straight away. From the combined living and dining area, you can step out onto the terrace, where you can enjoy Usedom’s glorious sunshine. Here you’ll find two seating areas with tables and chairs, as well as several sun loungers.
On cold days, you can warm up in the Finnish sauna. Afterwards, you can make yourself comfortable in the living room with books or various games for children and adults, which are provided as part of the house’s facilities. A Blu-ray player and a PlayStation 3 (with games and films for children and adults) are also available here, so you’re sure never to get bored.
The first bedroom has a cosy double bed, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds. A cot, including an extra mattress, has also been provided.
Germany’s second-largest island offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoilt nature. Here you’ll be surrounded by the extensive nature reserve, home to many species of flora and fauna, and will find both peace and relaxation as well as plenty of leisure activities for the whole family.
The fishing village of Kamminke, with its small harbour, bathing beach and a range of leisure and cultural activities, is approximately 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St Mary’s Church and the Ostseetherme spa can all be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region thanks to its many attractions and the numerous lakes that run through Usedom’s hinterland.
Just 400 metres away is a small, seasonal mini-market with a bistro. A charging point for electric cars can be found approximately 500 metres from the holiday home. The small Usedom airport is situated near the holiday village. Here, you can watch a plane taking off or landing about once a day.
