Description

This holiday home lies solitary in an olive grove on a hill above the village of Povlja on the north side of the island of Brac. This is a great place for a peaceful holiday far from the urban noises and traffic. You will find a kitchen and a dining room, a bedroom and a bath, all in the first floor while the ground floor is closed off. The electrical energy supply is exclusively solar and therefore you should not use powerful devices or more devices at once. The water is supplied to you container by delivery. Your terrace offers a grill. The home owner does not live on the plot but will come to help you if needed. There are 170 m2 of terraces at your disposal with one that offers panoramic views of the sea and the mountain Biokovo. The plot covers 4000 m2 and the driveway (100 m) is not paved. We believe you will enjoy peace, quiet, the views and the nature surrounding you.
