The pleasantly proportioned and malachite-coloured mosaic pool offers a wide step entrance and a comfortable depth for children. After a refreshing dip, you can relax on one of the sun loungers on the surrounding sun terrace. To the side is an integrated barbecue area with additional storage space and a practical washbasin. An awning stretches from the small outdoor kitchen to the covered terrace, emphasising the maritime character of the property. On the veranda, which is completely adjacent to the living and dining area, there is always pleasant shade with a table and wicker chairs, where you can celebrate your barbecue rituals with friends and family.
