Unique holiday home in the Blekinge archipelago on Yttre Stekön, outside Ronneby.
This holiday home has a wonderful location. It has its own jetty and a large terrace overlooking the water, where you can fish, swim, watch seals and a rich bird life.
You can reach the house by boat, which you can hire from the owner and which is moored in Ekenäs harbour on the mainland. 10 litres of petrol per week are included in the price of the house. There is a nice restaurant in the harbour, Villa Vassen. By boat you can sail around the Blekinge archipelago and go ashore on several islands: on Harön you can enjoy the beautiful evening sun until late in the evening, on Karön you can moor and admire the beautiful turn-of-the-century houses. You can also moor your boat at Ronneby Brunnspark for coffee, restaurants or shopping. There are beautiful hiking trails on the island itself.
It is also possible to hire a kayak and basic fishing equipment from the owner for a fee.
The town centre of Ronneby is well worth a visit. There are many beautiful old wooden houses and alleys. Ronneby Brunn with its park, adventure pool, SPA, restaurant, fitness room, tennis courts and mini golf is also worth a visit, as is Ericsbergs Vilt and nature park.
Note: The house has an incinerating toilet. Deductible for boat damage 3500 sec.
