As part of our Luxury Collection, this house offers an extra degree of luxury in the form of, for example, extra space and comfort, interior design or styling, architecture, facilities or experiences.

This great apartment located wonderfully by the sea offers plenty of space with high-quality furnishings. There is a beautiful outdoor pool and private garage parking.
The rooms were decorated by an interior designer. The living room has a spacious seating area, a smart TV and a large dining table. The large open kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a dishwasher, wine cooler and two juicers. This unique vacation home has 3 beautiful bedrooms. The master bedroom has a smart TV and bathroom en suite, equipped with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin. There is also a separate toilet and a second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and two sinks.

The apartment has two spacious terraces. You can reach the terrace on the front through the large sliding glass doors in the living room. The terrace is very spacious and has garden furniture. You have a beautiful sea view from both the terrace and the living room.
You can reach the terrace at the back through the sliding doors in the bedrooms. This terrace is furnished with two sun loungers and overlooks the pool.
Due to the large living space and the many facilities available, this apartment is not only suitable for summer holidays but also for a stay all year round.

Despite its small population, the port city of Ostend is very lively and full of entertainment. It is only 35 km from the Dutch border. It is a good idea to visit the Kursaal in the evening after a beautiful day at the beach, where you will find leisure in the concert hall, restaurant and great casino. There are excellent shopping opportunities in Ostend, such as the famous Kapellestrasse.
Some cultural treasures, including the Atlantic Wall open-air museum, the Amandine museum ship, the Church of St. Peter and Paul, Fort Napoleon and the former royal summer residence, are definitely worth visiting. You can go to the indoor playground with your children.

During your stay you can also visit the nearby towns of Bredene, De Haan and De Panne. Ostend offers a varied holiday and this apartment serves as an excellent base for this. The apartment is also ideal if you are looking for accommodation close to the popular Afro Caribbean Festival, which is held annually in August in Bredene, not far from Ostend.
