This cottage, formerly a village school in Noiseux, was fully renovated and rebuilt, while retaining the original charm of the house. The village Noiseux is located 50 km to the south of Liège and 10 km to the south of Durbuy, the smallest city in the world. The cottage is located on the edge of the village and is an ideal place for family gatherings. Enjoy a wonderful view in this varied landscape of the valley of the Ourthe that meanders through the fields with breathtaking views of the Ardennes. The caves of the ‘1001 Night’ in Hotton are a magnificent sight and should not be missed. There is also a supermarket and a restaurant in this beautiful and quiet village. Ample parking is available in the front and next to the house. The house also has a wonderful spa area. The property is fenced, the enclosure consists of chain link fence and beech hedge, the height is c. 120 cm. This house is mainly intended for families. However, other groups can be accepted with the consent of the owner, possibly with an additional deposit. Groups of people under 30 years of age are not permitted.
