Description

This stylish holiday home is nestled in a village, close to Manhay and just a few kilometres from the Baraque de Fraiture, which is one of the highest points in the Belgian Ardennes. It has been thoughtfully renovated and converted into a comfortable holiday home and now enjoys a bright and fashionable decor.

The home features a spacious terrace, which is approximately 150m2 large. It is a wonderful spot to sit and relax, from the beginning of Spring until the end of Autumn. Alternatively, head inside and curl up by the double-sided fireplace, which is located between the living area and dining room. It enables you to enjoy the warmth from both sides. You will also benefit from a sauna and a hot tub, whilst a heated outside swimming pool is available from the 1st May to the 25th September.

The holiday home is wonderfully suited for large families, however groups may be accepted upon request with the owner (an additional deposit may be applicable). Please note, groups of persons under the age of 30 are not permitted.

The nearby wooded and hilly landscape is ideal for ideal for mountain biking and cycling, horseback riding or hiking. The home is also well positioned for guests wishing to enjoy some interesting excursions; it is just half an hour from Dobuy, La Roche-en-Ardenne, Malmédy, the Hotton Caves or the Plopsa Coo Adventure Park.
