Description

The cottage is located in the village of Erezée, about 10 km from Durbuy, the smallest town in the world, and 20 km from the famous town of La Roche with its castle ruins. You can reach the stalactite caves of Hotton in 10 minutes. The region is quiet and wooded. The Ourthe flows sometimes fast and then again very sluggishly through the hilly landscape. There is a wide range of outdoor sports in the area, both for groups and individuals. And don't forget to bring your racing bike or mountain bike, because here you will find the most beautiful sporting routes in the Ardennes. In your village you will have everything at hand: a store, a bakery, a cafeteria, a gourmet restaurant, a fish pond for fishing, tennis courts and a tourist train along the river Aisne. Your semi-detached vacation home is very comfortably furnished. The former home of a farm has been completely renovated and equipped with modern amenities. The living room is a real lounge with fireplace, billiards, darts, board games, PlayStation 3, Wi-Fi and a TV with many channels. The open kitchen is very modern and extremely well equipped. The rooms on the second floor are spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom offers a large shower and two sinks. Behind the house you have a terrace with comfortable garden furniture in a fenced garden of 400 m². There are 8 beds, but since there is only one bathroom, we recommend this house more for 6 people. Guests of all ages will feel comfortable in the cottage and spend a relaxing vacation.
