Description

A quietly located semi-detached house in country house style with a spacious garden and two terraces facing south and east (each with awning).

The magical Mondsee is within walking distance. On the ground floor, the open dining-living area with gallery dominates the ambience, the fully equipped The kitchen is directly adjacent. In addition to the dining area with a view of the Mondseeberg, there is a tiled wood stove that provides cosy warmth in the centre (by arrangement).

The first floor houses the three high-quality, renovated, comfortable double rooms for six people: one with a bunk bed, two with access to the south-facing balcony and one with a walk-in closet.On the gallery there is an inviting reading corner and the bathroom with shower and bathtub.

The three parking spaces in front of the house, the garage and the cellar provide sufficient parking space.

The Mondseeland offers a wealth of recreational opportunities, e.g. B. hiking, climbing (also indoor), golfing, sailing, swimming, skiing, cross-country skiing or snowshoeing and a varied, cultural offer. The city of Salzburg (25 min) rounds off the program.
