This tastefully designed house features all its rooms on the ground floor, with air-conditioning for added comfort. The house comprises an open kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room, and a reading area situated on the mezzanine floor (please note, the stairs are open and may not be suitable for young children). One of the bedrooms is accessible through another, and the area between both bedrooms provides access outside towards the garden. Additionally, there is a veranda furnished with a table football game.

Outside is a private pool secured with an alarm system, (7 m x 3.50 m). Two terraces offer varied spaces to enjoy the outdoors. Parking is available in the courtyard or on the street, but not in the access alley to the house.

The house is situated in a quiet area 500 m from the historical centre of St Rémy de Provence. Ideal setting at walking distance to the centre with all shops, terraces and restaurants, and market on Wednesday. St Rémy is also an ideal starting point to visit the Alpilles.
