Luxury stone Villa Damiana is located in a small village Damijanici, a charming place in which the picturesque landscape of Villa Damiana fits perfectly. Damijanići is only 2 km away from Žminj, an Istrian town with a rich history, which is confirmed by historical monuments and churches. Villa Damiana is a 300-year-old authentic stone house owned by the same family for centuries. It has been restored in accordance with the way of life of farmers and the Istrian traditional style of construction. Located 2 km from restaurants and shopping centres, the villa is suitable for 10 people, has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and the living room and kitchen are decorated in a combination of the historical spirit of Istrian tradition and modern furniture. The kitchen also offers a microwave, toaster, kettle and deep fryer.

The fully air-conditioned villa has a fireplace, a beautiful green garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue where you can spend quality relaxing time with your family and friends, and if you come accompanied by children, you can use a cot. There is a stone portrait on the wall, above which is the inscription San Giacomo (St. James). It is not yet known who placed the stone head on the wall of the house, but it is believed to have been installed by the owner during the construction of the house. Just as St. James is the protector of travellers and the pilgrim, he is also expecting you.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.
