Description

The 60 square metre two-room holiday apartment for 2 to max. 4 people is located on the lower ground floor of the owner's house on the 5000 square metre, completely fenced and very well-kept residential property directly on the edge of the forest in the Schmachthagen district. The apartment is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with extra bed, dining table, flat-screen TV, radio/CD), a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (dining counter, electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with bathtub and tumble dryer. There is a covered terrace, a furnished seating area in the garden, barbecue facilities, sun loungers, children's playground, storage facilities for bicycles and a car park. Internet (WLAN) is also available. Please NOTE: The accommodation is NOT suitable for small children under the age of 3. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption. One small pet (max. shoulder height 40 cm) is allowed in this property.

Schmachthagen is a small district of the municipality of Torgelow am See, where the lake of the same name and a well-known castle boarding school are located 3 km away. Thanks to the well-developed network of cycle and hiking trails and its location on the edge of the Müritz National Park, there are excellent conditions for active holidaymakers who want to explore the area by bike or with their four-legged companion. Holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet are equally well catered for thanks to the peaceful location just outside the bustling climatic health resort of Waren/Müritz. The spa town of Waren/Müritz is 5 kilometres away. There, directly on the Müritz, there is a very well-equipped tourist infrastructure with restaurants, shopping facilities, cafés, passenger boat trips and hire stations for bikes and boats.
