Description

This spacious holiday apartment for up to 5 people is quietly located on the ground floor of a residential building on the approx. 500 m² fenced residential and recreational property right next to the beautiful Juliusruh spa gardens. The Baltic Sea beach is approx. 700 metres away. There are two other holiday apartments in the building complex.

The approx. 80 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment has a large living room with fireplace (leather couch set, flat screen TV), a fully equipped kitchen (dining area, electric cooker with oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, 2nd flat screen TV, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x double bed, cot and upholstered couch divisible by curtain), a hallway, a bathroom with tub/WC and a guest WC. There is also a furnished terrace, barbecue, car park and bicycle storage facilities.

The stated total price includes water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented.

Breege with its Juliusruh district is a well-known Baltic seaside resort on the Wittow peninsula/island of Rügen. Boat trips to Hiddensee and fishing trips can be undertaken from Breege harbour. In the village: restaurants, shopping facilities, jetty, boat and bicycle hire, indoor swimming pool, fine sandy beach.
