On the outskirts of Waren (Müritz), within a quiet residential area, the holiday apartment for up to 4 adults and a baby is located on a small fenced residential property in a complete semi-detached house. The old town with its shopping mile, shopping facilities, restaurants and the harbour with its boat trips are approx. 1.4 km away, and a beautiful beach on the Müritz is just under 3 km away.

The approx. 70 sqm large, cosily furnished and centrally heated non-smoking holiday apartment (a complete semi-detached house) with separate entrance is spread over two floors. On the mezzanine floor is the living room (couch, armchair, flat-screen TV, radio, dining table), a large kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances, dining area), the bathroom (shower, bathtub, bidet, WC) and a hallway. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms (1 x double bed, 1 x trundle bed). Guests also have access to a small seating area on the property, a barbecue, an underground car park with direct access to the apartment, lockable bicycle storage facilities and free WiFi.

The total price includes final cleaning, electricity and water costs as well as bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.

The state-recognised spa town of Waren (Müritz) is located in charming surroundings directly on the lake of the same name, the largest inland lake in Germany. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District and attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with its passenger boat service, adjoining promenade and numerous catering establishments as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the flora and fauna of the lake district, outdoor swimming pools, boat and bicycle hire, surfing and sailing schools and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths (also in combination with the passenger boat service). Motorway access approx. 25 km.
