Situated directly on the Leda, surrounded by vast nature, a place full of peace, charm and relaxation awaits you here. The spacious apartment is located in the former stable wing of the historic farmhouse and has been renovated with great sensitivity. Bright colours, maritime elements and high-quality furniture create a cosy feel-good atmosphere. Here you can enjoy East Frisia at its best. You can cook to your heart's content in the large, fully equipped kitchen, while board games and relaxing evenings on the sofa await you in the living room.

Outside, you will find a beautiful garden with a barbecue area and seating, ideal for socialising or simply sunbathing. Your children will find plenty of space to play here. The holiday apartment offers you absolute privacy thanks to a separate entrance. The owners live at the front of the house and will be happy to answer any questions you may have without disturbing your peace and quiet.

The surrounding area invites you to go for walks, cycle tours and nature experiences. The charming town of Leer with its old town, cafés, small shops and sights is just a few kilometres away.
