The villa flat "Arco" is a completely independent two-storey part of the villa "Pina", located in a stunning, ecologically managed estate, surrounded by young olive and citrus trees, lavender and oleander groves and beautifully landscaped gardens, all on the edge of a nature reserve.

Outside you can relax on one of the two terraces, one shady, the other sunny, or enjoy the large, illuminated pool area with plenty of sun loungers. The gardens offer a peaceful and private retreat. "Toni", the friendly donkey, adds charm to the property and delights children and adults alike.

Inside, traditional beamed ceilings, light-coloured walls and wooden windows create a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere, complemented by high-quality furniture and teak furnishings. The open-plan living and dining area with fireplace invites you to relax, while you can prepare your meals in peace and quiet in the fully equipped kitchen. Costitx, about five minutes away by car, has a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a great bakery. The property's favourable location allows excursions to many of the island's beaches such as Es Trenc, Son Serra of the Marina and the bay of Alcúdia.
