The harbor village Zerpenschleuse is located in the idyllic north of Brandenburg, between water, meadows and forests. Vacation homes in Scandinavian style are grouped around the sport boat harbor.

The light-flooded vacation home is located in the second row to the harbor basin with a beautiful view over the water and the boats. Thanks to the slightly set-back location, you will enjoy extra peace and privacy in the house. The rooms extend over the first floor and the 1st floor and are modern and comfortably furnished.

The open sun terrace is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden and invites you to linger. Garden furniture is available here, so you can relax wonderfully. On cold days you can make yourself comfortable in front of the crackling fire of the fireplace. The cottage has a modern fitted kitchen with adjoining dining and living area. This invites you to enjoy a meal together and pleasant conversations.

The vacation home has three separate bedrooms, which is why all vacation guests enjoy sufficient privacy here.

In the sauna in the garden you can relax and warm up after a long walk. Cooling down offers the garden shower (solar shower), with which you can also take a warm shower, depending on the sunlight. The shower bath with daylight and high-quality wellness shower rounds off your successful vacation day.

A charging station for e-cars (11 KW AC charging point, type 2) is available at the vacation home.

Also in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a trip. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room. Here in the harbor village you can relax all year round and take a deep breath.

At a distance of about 8 km there is a lake with a water skiing facility (for a fee). Here you can experience a lot of fun on the water on warm days.

Next to the vacation home village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history goes back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers. In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the Barnim Nature Park and the Schorfheide Biosphere Reserve. The village of Zerpenschleuse is a tranquil place, characterized by Dutch-style skipper's houses that stretch along the "Langer Trödel", a former part of the Finow Canal.

In the harbor village Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment.
