The house is located on the marina overlooking the water while watching the boats. Due to the southern orientation you can enjoy the sun from early morning until evening. The large terrace and the garden with comfortable lounge chairs invite for sunbathing and barbecues. A barbecue is available for you. After excursions to one of the nearby lakes (5 km) or longer bike rides can be found in the garden rest and relaxation.
