The high-quality equipped semi-detached house is modern and friendly designed. From the combined living and dining area you can reach the terrace, where you can enjoy the wonderful sunny hours of Usedom. On cold days you can warm up in the sauna and relax wonderfully and then make yourself comfortable in front of the fireplace.
There are 2 TV's as well as a DVD player at your disposal.

The cottage is especially suitable if you arrive by electric car. A socket for e-cars is available here for you.

Germany's second largest island offers miles of fine sandy beaches and plenty of unspoiled nature. Here you are surrounded by the extensive nature reserve with many animal and plant species and find both peace and relaxation, as well as many leisure activities for the whole family.

The fishing village Kamminke with a small harbor, bathing beach and leisure and cultural activities are located about 4 km away. Other seaside resorts on the island, golf courses, the Schlossberg, St. Mary's Church and the Ostseetherme can be easily reached by car. The Achterland is a very interesting region due to the many sights and the numerous lakes that run through the Usedom hinterland.

Near the vacation village is the small airport of Usedom. Here you can watch an airplane taking off or landing about 1x a day.
