The vacation home, renovated in 2017, was furnished with great attention to detail. the two separate bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed. Another bedroom is located in the attic and has sloping ceilings. The fireplace in the spacious living room conjures up a cozy atmosphere. In the heatable winter garden you can enjoy beautiful hours, here you have enough space at your disposal.

The vacation park offers you the following amenities: For a fee and registration, you can use the neighboring wellness area in the vacation park with sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room with fireplace. The wellness area is located right in the house next door.

A large playground and football field with climbing frame, swing and sandbox belong to the vacation complex. Furthermore, there is a barbecue area and a small grocery store at the entrance.
The resort is car-free. There is a reserved parking space at the entrance of the complex.

Day trips to Bad Kötzting, Regensburg, Passau and the Arber area are possible.
