Away from the busy coastal area near Nice, you can enjoy the tranquility of your surroundings with a glass of local rose while gazing at the distant hills of the Esterel or up to the Chateau du Puy.

A 4-minute walk along picturesque cobblestone streets will take you to the widely known artists' village of Tourrettes, with views of the chateau and a lively bar/restaurant popular with locals and tourists alike. Another 6-minute walk from the square in Tourrettes brings you to the town of Fayence, with its many restaurants and bars and a bustling market three times a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings).

Other local attractions include the Gliding Club with its restaurant and numerous bars, restaurants and views from the other nearby old mountain villages of Callian, Montauroux and Seillans (voted one of 'Les Plus Belles Villages de France'). You can also easily reach Lac Saint Cassien by car with its beach club, restaurants overlooking the lake, and kayak, paddle board and other boat rentals.

The coastal cities of Cannes, Nice and St. Tropez are about 45 minutes away by car and offer the opportunity to spend a more cosmopolitan day or take a boat trip to the magnificent Calanques or the Îles off the coast.

Note: This property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as there are stairs to climb from the garage to the apartment. and from the apartment if you wish to walk to Tourrettes.
