This typical Dalmatian stone house is located in Bol on the island of Brač. It was built in the first half of the 20th century and completely adapted to today's standard of living. Many of the traditional details have been retained in the modern interior, giving this home warmth. The house consists of four floors, with ground floor and first floor connected by external stairs. On all the other floors there are iinnerl stairs. On the ground floor there is a bedroom without a window, but it gets light through the dining area and kitchen. Relax on the spacious terrace, lounge suite or in the hot tub. Bol is known for its beautiful Zlatni rat beach, a natural jewel on the Adriatic coast.
