Description

This well-furnished and well-maintained apartment is located in Ostend and only 100 metres from the sea (please note that there may be construction activity in the neighbourhood). The living room is connected to the open kitchen which is equipped with a Senseo coffee machine. Through the sliding doors in the living room, you can reach the furnished balcony overlooking the beach and the tram. The living room has digital cable TV and a sofa bed for two people. A folding bed is available in the hall for two people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is provided with a lift. Parking on the street is available for a fee. Nearby, you can rent bicycles. The restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. A cot and high chair are available for hire.

Despite the small population, the port city of Ostend is very lively and full of entertainment and is located only 35 km away from the Dutch border. After spending a nice day at the beach in Kursaal, you can visit the concert hall, the restaurant or the grand casino, where you will find entertainment and excitement. In Ostend, in the famous Chapel Street, there are excellent shopping opportunities. Some cultural treasures, including the open-air museum Atlantic Wall, the Museum Ship Amandine, the Church of St. Peter and Paul, the Fort Napoleon and the former royal summer residence are definitely worth a visit. You can go for movies or to an indoor playground with your children. During your stay, you can also visit the nearby towns called Bredene, De Haan and De Panne. In Ostend, you can enjoy a varied holiday and this apartment provides an excellent base for that. This apartment is also ideal if you are looking for a hotel near the popular Afro Caribbean Festival, which is held annually in August in Bredene, near Ostend.
