On the edge of the forest in the Zell district of Thumersbach in a wonderfully quiet location lies this beautiful old house. The upper floors are at your sole disposal and from the all-round balcony you have a wonderful view of Lake Zell and the surrounding mountains of the Europa Sportregion. A large parking lot is available. You can expect a wonderful hiking area in the surrounding area. The first floor of the house is privately occupied. One bedroom has a bathroom right next to it, the other bedrooms each have a sink.
Self-catering house: You need to bring towels, table linen, tea towels, etc.


In summer, the Zeller See offers many varied activities to make the most of your vacation. A jump into the cool water offers itself just as well as extensive hikes or a bike tour.


In winter you will find perfectly groomed slopes in the ski area of the Europa Sportregion Zell am See - Kaprun. The valley stations are easily accessible by car. On request, a bus can be organized for a fee, which will pick you up directly at the house and take you to the ski area.
