Kronberg is located 15km north of the Vienna city limits, reachable via the A5 highway in 15 minutes, in the middle of the Weinviertel region. Extensive meadows, fields and vineyards characterize the landscape. On the outskirts of the village of the same name is the family house in a quiet location and wonderful view to the west (evening sun!).
The cottage, furnished in country style, is located on the hill and is entered via a staircase and large terrace. From the terrace there is also a second entrance directly into the living room with TV and sofa bed for two people. On the opposite side is an exit to a balcony with beautiful distant views. In the fenced natural garden, which goes up the hill, there is a 2nd house of the owner.
In 10 minutes walk you are in the village center with post office, small supermarket and Heurigen pub. Summer pool Wolkersdorf in 7 km distance, horseback riding in 3km. Numerous museums and castles are within easy reach by car - as are wineries (?Grüner Veltliner DAC?) with tasting opportunities. With a good traffic situation you can reach the city center (35km) of Vienna or the amusement park "Wiener Wurstelprater" in 30 minutes by car. (30km)! Ideal for guests who want to combine city life and vacation in the countryside. Parking lot in front of the house!
