This cellar house from the late 1960's was renovated and modernized with great care. Insulated with eco building materials such as wood and hemp and plastered with clay. The pleasant living climate and the fabulous, unobstructed view of the southern Burgenland landscape and the stately pond in the distance enchant you when you first enter. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a traditional wood-burning stove and a cozy sitting area, as well as the bathroom. A staircase leads to the attic, where you will find the open bedroom. In a solid wood bed you can gather strength for the next day. On the terrace the grill is waiting for its use. Nordic walking sticks and 4 bicycles are ready for you in the basement. Visit the vinotheque only 500 m away or one of the many Buschenschenken in the area, or just relax with a good book on one of the loungers. If the weather is not so sunny, you can visit the thermal baths, which are only 16 km away, or enjoy a DVD day in the romantic Kellerstöckl. The hidden wine region of the Csaterberg has only one access road via Kohfidisch and therefore offers recreation seekers tranquility. Surrounded by large forests, the Csaterberg forms an idyllic clearing where the grapes can ripen in the sun. The Csaterberg was presented as the most beautiful place of Burgenland 2017 in the program "9 places - 9 treasures". As a geological treat, the Csaterberg offers a rich deposit of freshwater opals, these can also be viewed in the Stone Museum.
