On the first floor there is the kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area, and a pull-out couch with 2 sleeping places, as well as a bedroom with a full wooden bed and a bathroom. The second room is located in the basement with its own entrance and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the private vinotheque you can celebrate parties and taste wines from the region (prices: from ?10,-/bottle). Enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace, over the vineyards. On hot summer days you can cool down in the nearby water world in Moschendorf. An entrance fee for 4 people is provided by the house owners. E-bikes can be rented in the municipality of Eberau for a fee. Explore the countless cycling and walking trails. A Buschenschank with delicacies from the region is located in the immediate vicinity of their Kellerstöckl. On cooler days you can dive into the thermal spa Stegersbach.
